Enjoy views of the Neiße River and Poland from just outside your window! The spacious park and path along the river makes for scenic and peaceful walks. The apartment is also located near the Görlitz old town center, Peter’s Church with the renowned Sun Organ and the Bridge to Poland, all within about a 5-10 walking range. Enjoy many delicious restaurants along the Neiße River as well museums, theatre and shops in the pristine and vibrant old town of Görlitz, untouched by bombs and a true gem.

The space
The recently renovated house captivates with its stylish interior and modern functionalities. Enjoy scenic walks along the Neisse or through the idyllic old town of Görlitz.

Guest access
The entire 1st floor condo (number 4) is yours to use during your reservation. Complete with a full kitchen with built in dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with heated floors, tub and two sinks, a washer room with a 2 in 1 washer and dryer machine, a large foyer/hallway with large storage closet with hangers, a big living room with a pull out sleeper sofa and TV, two dinning areas, and a bedroom with a queen sized bed.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Central in Waikiki, the heart of the Hawaiian islands, from here you can explore the most populated island in the Sandwich Island chain. Awaiting you is a large, comfortable king sized bed with a full kitchen and your own balcony with peek-a-boo mountain, park and canal views. Complete with a brand new air/conditioner unit, smart tv and a shower with fillable tub bottom, we accommodate short and medium term stays.

The space
A 230 square foot studio condotel apartment, new renovated with new ceramic tile, cabinets, appliances and sinks. Enjoy a smart TV and new a/c unit after a day of exploring the beautiful island of O’ahu. Parking may be available at the building for an additional $20/night. Inquire with me for availability as there are only 10 parking stalls at the building for 50 units. There is free parking nearby on Ala Wai Blvd as well as other options throughout Waikiki.

Guest access
The building has 50 units and 10 parking spots with one shared elevator and two stairwells. Each unit has it’s own private balcony, bathroom and kitchen. There is a laundry area on the street level of the building where anyone can do laundry for $3.50/cycle with a debit/credit card or smart phone tap only; no coins or cash accepted.

Seaside House

Peaceful and private modern retreat in prime location between Kehena Black Sand Beach (.4 mile walk) and nearby thermal ponds at Pohoiki just a few miles down the picturesque and coastal “Red Road.” Enjoy a comfortable and clean space surrounded by a lush tropical landscape. Hear the sound of crashing waves from within the stylish interior or spacious lanai. This creative, vibrant area hosts a large drum circle on Sunday nights as well as local music and food down the road at Uncle Roberts.

There are two bedrooms on separate sides of the house each with queen sized beds, a bathroom with shower and soaking tub, living room, kitchen with island dining area, and a lanai. To accommodate parties over 4 guests, a queen air mattress and/or twin foam mattress are available upon request.

The entire upstairs 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is yours to enjoy! The lower level laundry area is shared with the downstairs unit. We ask that you limit running the laundry to daytime hours 8:00AM-8:00PM. There is a dedicated parking space for your unit.

Home is located very near the coast at the front of Kalapana Seaview Estates. Kalapana Seaview Estates has 933 lots ranging in size with many unique and playful island homes. The neighborhood has a dark sky policy that discourages bright light after dark to facilitate stargazing and for the welfare of local wildlife.

There are two parking spaces. You will park in the “Seaside” House space labeled with a painted sign. It is highly recommended you rent a car during your stay. Sights and points of interest are spread out and public transportation is not a viable option for sight seeing.

The neighborhood has a dark sky policy which encourages everyone to keep lights to a minimum at night for the sake of local native wildlife. Quiet hours 9PM-7AM. Please limit volume level after dark as neighbors leave windows open and sounds carries easily.

Genießen Sie einen komfortablen und sauberen Raum, umgeben von üppiger tropischer Landschaft. Hören Sie das Rauschen der Wellen vom stilvollen Innenraum oder von der geräumigen Lanai aus. Diese kreative, lebendige Gegend beherbergt sonntagabends einen großen Trommelkreis sowie lokale Musik und Essensstände die Straße hinunter bei Uncle Roberts.

Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Hauses, jeweils mit Queensize-Betten, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Insel-Essbereich und eine Lanai. Für Gruppen mit mehr als 4 Gästen sind auf Anfrage eine Queen-Luftmatratze und/oder eine Twin-Schaummatratze verfügbar.

Die gesamte obere Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Badezimmer gehört Ihnen allein! Der Waschbereich im unteren Stockwerk wird mit der unteren Einheit geteilt. Wir bitten Sie, die Waschmaschine nur tagsüber zwischen 8:00 und 20:00 Uhr zu benutzen. Für Ihre Einheit steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Das Haus befindet sich sehr nah an der Küste im vorderen Teil der Kalapana Seaview Estates. Kalapana Seaview Estates besteht aus 933 Grundstücken unterschiedlicher Größe mit vielen einzigartigen und verspielten Inselhäusern. Die Nachbarschaft hat eine „Dark Sky“-Richtlinie, die helles Licht nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit einschränkt, um die Sternenbeobachtung zu ermöglichen und der lokalen Tierwelt zugutekommen.

Es gibt zwei Parkplätze. Sie parken am „Seaside House“-Platz, der mit einem bemalten Schild gekennzeichnet ist. Es wird dringend empfohlen, während Ihres Aufenthalts ein Auto zu mieten. Sehenswürdigkeiten und interessante Orte sind weit verteilt, und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind keine realistische Option für Sightseeing.

Die Nachbarschaft hat eine „Dark Sky“-Richtlinie, die alle ermutigt, nachts nur minimales Licht zu verwenden, zum Schutz der einheimischen Tierwelt. Ruhezeiten sind von 21:00 bis 7:00 Uhr. Bitte halten Sie die Lautstärke nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit niedrig, da die Nachbarn ihre Fenster offen lassen und sich Geräusche leicht übertragen.

Laundry area is street level and shared with all tenants and guests of the building. You’ll need a credit or debit card to use the machines. $3.50-$3.75/cycle.

Parking may be available at the building for an additional $20/night, send an inquiry for more info. If not, you will have to find parking at a nearby garage or street in Waikiki.

Please don’t loose the keys! You’ll need it to go up and down the elevator or stairs with the key to access the unit.

Please return keys to lock box upon check out.

Turn the A/C off whenever you leave the unit, and close the bathroom door when a/c is on, and all other doors.

Please water plants every other day.
