Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking. A valid photo identification card, a passport or driver’s license being the two preferred types, are required at the time of booking by all of the travelers staying at the accommodation.
Cancellation Policy: Short-term Stays: Applies to stays under 28 nights in duration. All short-term stay policies include a 24-hour free cancellation period directly after booking, unless your check-in is within 24 hours after booking. Full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if the reservation is canceled 7-30 days before check-in. If the reservation is canceled after 7 days before check-in, no refund.
Long-term Stays: Applies to stays 28 nights or longer in duration. All long-term stay policies include a 48-hour free cancellation period directly after booking, unless your check-in is within 48 hours after booking. Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and are subject to additional fees of $12 per guest past 2 guests, up to the maximum number of people allowed per accommodation.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host, including a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Service animals are the exception.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hawaii, United States, and Görlitz, Germany.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
