A 230 square foot studio condotel apartment, new renovated with new ceramic tile, cabinets, appliances and sinks. Enjoy a smart TV and new a/c unit after a day of exploring the beautiful island of O’ahu. Parking may be available at the building for an additional $20/night. Inquire with me for availability as there are only 10 parking stalls at the building for 50 units. There is free parking nearby on Ala Wai Blvd as well as other options throughout Waikiki.

The building has 50 units and 10 parking spots with one shared elevator and two stairwells. Each unit has it’s own private balcony, bathroom and kitchen. There is a laundry area on the street level of the building where anyone can do laundry for $3.50/cycle with a debit/credit card or smart phone tap only; no coins or cash accepted.

They key access system will soon be replaced with electric fobs.

Attend a Wednesday evening at Uncle Robert’s with live music, or use the bungalow as a home base to explore the entire East side of the island! High-speed fiber optic internet connection and dedicated work space allow for remote work.

Adorable ground level 1 Bedroom/1Bath unit with living room, dining area, kitchen, and dedicated work space. Outdoor shower is completely private with a bamboo surround. While we are often able to accommodate a pet on the property, we ask that you please reach out via Airbnb message before using instant book if you would like to bring a pet to the property.

Laundry area is on the ground level and shared with upstairs guests. We ask that you limit running the laundry to daytime hours 8:00AM-8:00PM. The lower unit has its own entrance and yard that are exclusively yours during your stay. There is a dedicated parking space to use as well.

There are two parking spaces. You will park in the “Aloha” Bungalow space, labeled with a painted sign. It is highly recommended you rent a car during your stay, as things are spread out on Big Island.

Quiet hours 8pm – 8am. Neighborhood Dark Sky Policy encourages nightly star gazing by reducing light usage after sunset.

Garden of the Phoenix

Garden of the Phoenix is a 2 bed/1 bath, upstairs unit with a lanai facing State Land, 100s of acres of native Ohia Forest, the first tree to sprout and grow on freshly cooled lava. It is about 1.5 mies from Kehena Black Sand Beach where wild dolphins sometimes swim and beach goers host a Sunday drum circle. The neighborhood has a Dark Sky policy to promote star gazing. Uncle Robert’s offers a variety of Farmer’s Markets and evening music with a bar, smoothie shack and convenience store.

Just built and completed in 2020 by the hosts/owners themselves, the upstairs is completely yours, 2 bedrooms and 1 beautiful bathroom, tastefully furnished, with a lanai facing the backyard gardens and forest. Insulated walls for sound and temperature control with large ceiling fans and vaulted ceilings in every room. Large windows catch the trade winds.

Shared laundry machines and outdoor shower on the ground level lanai with the on-site property manager and long term tenant, who live on the ground floor, with a puppy, Bubba. Super friendly born 12/2020. Pet friendly house.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with lanai. Ground level lanai has shared laundry and outdoor shower with on-site property manager who lives in the ground level unit. Please enjoy a walk through the gardens. Composting strongly encouraged.

Kehena Beach is a clothing optional black sand beach where wild dolphins may swim with beach goers. Spearfisher men also frequent the spot. About 1.5 miles away.

Biking along highway 137,the ocean is idyllic with many beautiful places to ocean gaze and some secret beaches, lava tubes and tide pools.

Pohoiki, aka Issac Hale Park is one of the world’s newest black sand beaches where you can witness the incredible destruction and creation from the 2018 lava irruption.

Travel further to Kopoho for more fresh lava adventure and black sand beaches. Marvel at the new road built over fresh lava and look mauka (toward the mountain) from makai (toward the ocean) and see the cinder cones in Leilani Estates.

Fissure 8 is a spectacle.

Uncle Robert’s on Wednesday nights is live music, open bar with tons of food and trinket vendors. About 4 miles away.

Kalani offers some fun classes, massages and has a pool and hot tubs and a deli.

Pahoa town is about a 15-20 minute drive away with grocery stores, restaurants, post office, gym, hardware stores and what not.

Hilo is about a 50 minute drive away with most of your box stores and all the uniqueness of island life, as well as the nearest airport, ITO. The most populated town on the island. Much better flying into here than KOA if you stay in Kalapana Seaview Estates.

Highly recommend you rent a car from the airport. Things are spaced far apart on island and it IS A BIG ISLAND.

Es gehört komplett Ihnen: 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 wunderschönes Badezimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Lanai, die auf den Garten und den Wald im Hinterhof blickt. Isolierte Wände für Schall- und Temperaturkontrolle, große Deckenventilatoren und gewölbte Decken in jedem Raum. Große Fenster fangen die Passatwinde ein.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es gemeinsame Waschmaschinen und eine Außendusche auf der Lanai, geteilt mit dem vor Ort lebenden Hausverwalter und einem Langzeitmieter, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen, zusammen mit Bubba, einem sehr freundlichen Hundewelpen (geboren 12/2020). Haustierfreundliches Haus.

Obergeschoss: 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, Lanai.

Erdgeschoss Lanai: gemeinsame Waschmaschinen und Außendusche mit dem vor Ort lebenden Hausverwalter. Bitte genießen Sie einen Spaziergang durch die Gärten. Kompostieren wird dringend empfohlen.

Kehena Beach ist ein FKK-Schwarzer-Sandstrand, an dem wilde Delfine mit Schwimmern unterwegs sein können. Auch Speerfischer sind dort oft zu sehen. Etwa 1,5 Meilen entfernt.

Radfahren entlang des Highway 137 bietet idyllische Ausblicke auf den Ozean mit vielen wunderschönen Plätzen zum Meeresbeobachten sowie einige geheime Strände, Lavaröhren und Gezeitentümpel.

Pohoiki (Issac Hale Park) ist einer der neuesten schwarzen Sandstrände der Welt, wo Sie die unglaubliche Zerstörung und Schöpfung des Vulkanausbruchs von 2018 sehen können.

Fahren Sie weiter nach Kapoho für weitere Abenteuer auf frischer Lava und schwarze Sandstrände. Bewundern Sie die neue Straße, die über die frische Lava gebaut wurde, und blicken Sie mauka (zum Berg) von makai (zum Ozean) und sehen Sie die Aschekegel in Leilani Estates.

Fissure 8 ist ein spektakulärer Anblick.

Uncle Robert’s am Mittwochabend bietet Live-Musik, eine offene Bar sowie zahlreiche Essens- und Souvenirstände. Etwa 4 Meilen entfernt.

Kalani bietet verschiedene Kurse, Massagen sowie einen Pool, Whirlpools und ein Deli.

Pahoa Town ist etwa 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, mit Supermärkten, Restaurants, Post, Fitnessstudio, Baumärkten und allem, was Sie brauchen.

Hilo ist etwa 50 Minuten Fahrt entfernt mit großen Kettenläden, der Einzigartigkeit des Insellebens und dem nächsten Flughafen ITO. Die bevölkerungsreichste Stadt der Insel. Es ist viel besser, hierher zu fliegen als nach KOA, wenn Sie in Kalapana Seaview Estates übernachten.

Es wird dringend empfohlen, ein Auto vom Flughafen zu mieten. Die Entfernungen auf der Insel sind groß – es ist wirklich eine BIG ISLAND.

Außendusche & Waschbereich sind von 7:00 – 21:00 Uhr nutzbar.

Gartenfrüchte & -gemüse stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Waikiki is known as the “Playground of the Pacific.”

You’ll have to secure parking on a side street or parking garage nearby, unless you rent one of the 10 onsite stalls from an owner in the building who has a specific stall number assigned to them.

Please don’t loose the keys! You’ll need them to go up and down the elevator or stairs to access the unit.

Please return the keys to the lock box upon check out. Store keys in lockbox if you go to the beach!

Turn the A/C off whenever you leave the unit. Keep all doors closed while A/C is on, including bathroom door.

Please water plants every other day.
